DR. SUSIE TAYLOR IS GOD'S GIFT TO ANIMALS. SHE HAS CARED FOR MY PETS SINCE 1985. SHE HAS BROUGHT MY BELOVED CHI CHI THROUGH TWO COURSES OF CHEMO FOR LYMPHOMA. THE TREATMENT CAN BE A STRUGGLE FOR OWNER AND PET. AN ALREADY ILL PATIENT IS BEING GIVEN MEDS THAT CAN HAVE SIDE EFFECTS THAT ARE DIFFICULT TO MANAGE. NEVER ONCE DID DR TAYLOR FAIL TO ANSWER MY CALL OR PLEA FOR HELP (EVEN THOUGH AT TIMES IT WAS MY ANXIETY SHE WAS TREATING MORE THAN MY PET'S ILLNESS). CHI CHI IS DOING WELL AND I THANK GOD FOR HER AND DR TAYLOR AND STAFF REGULARLY!

I scheduled an appointment for my dogs, Marley and Kelsie to be bathed on a Friday. A couple of years ago, Kelsie had surgery on her leg which was performed by Wolfchase Animal Hospital so I STRESSED to be careful with her. I was assured they would be extra careful. When I dropped my dogs off, I reminded them of Kelsie's need for them to be careful. I was told it was in her file and assured again, they would be careful. The girl giving the bath even carried Kelsie to the back. I picked Marley and Kelsie up Friday afternoon and even though both dogs looked beautiful, Kelsie was miserable all weekend. I have had to carry her everywhere and feeding her pain pills. They did great job on the baths but considering the state Kelsie came home in, I will not take my dogs back there and would not recommend them to anyone who has an animal who needs a bit of extra attention.

I have used this animal hospital for years for my boarding and for routine checkups and I think the quality of service is exceptional. I seriously doubt that this business charged Crysalis for three days if the dogs were only there two days.

This hospital is by far the best aniaml hospital I have ever been to. The staff are exceptional. You can tell that they truly love what they do and that your pet is their top priority. I boarded my two dogs here and was amazed at how well they took care of them. They have a huge yard to walk them in and I could tell my dogs loved it there. It definately gives me peace of mind going out of town and leaving them in such capable hands. I love this clinic!

Animal Hospital's should open when the doctor is present. When a doctor arrives 2 1/2 hours after the clinic opens it puts many of their patients in jeopardy. Dr. Taylor is good with animals but her people skills are in desperate need of adjustment. It is understandable that Doctors are human just like the rest of us and we can not expect them to be present at the clinic 24 hours a day but a little bit of personality and compassion would be nice too.
