Newly arrived in Memphis, we needed a vet for our terrier who had picked up an infection somewhere between here and Arizona. Our new neighbors recommended Dr. Beaumont and Dr. Jeff. We called, the dog was seen almost immediately, and we were very pleased that Dr. Jeff was so kind and professional. Good experience, Good outcome, Great vets. Since then, our other terrier has had surgery to remove a benign lump, and we have continued to have excellent service from the group. Charges are actually LESS than we have been accustomed to, so we had no sticker shock and no real surprises.
Overpriced and will take advantage of vulnerable situations. Avoid All The Costs and at all costs!!!

After over 21 years of taking our pets to Pet Care Professionals on Union Ext. I we will never take another step into this place. Last year we took a new puppy for her 3 month shots. We were charged over $160 while my mother in law took the sister puppy to a different vet and paid $55 for the exact same shots. After contacting the vet via a very rude receptionist I might add and a 2 week delay in responding to our complaint we were told the next set of shots would be free. They honored that... Yesterday we took our 13 yr old dog due to her acting sick and not eating for a day. $410 to find out what "may" be the problem. She was diagnosed with pyometra. The printed estimate was $1,786. That was on top of the $410!! I opted to take it to another vet that charged me $350 plus $40 for overnight stay and anesthesia. This was a special price for me but the regular price would be $650! Much better than $2,200 that my vet of 21 years tried to charge under a very vulnerable and stressful situation. I do want to say that we were happy with this vet when Dr. Sally Beaumont was the only Dr. Too many young Vets working at this and the new location that do not care about the customer. Check out any other vet besides this one!!!
