McClerkin/Mid-South Motors SUCKS!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT!!!! These people claim to be Christians, Jerry Los and Jesse McClerkin, but they are FAR from it! I bought a Mitsubishi Montero from them 3/12/2009. I asked Jerry to make the repairs to get the Check Engine light off before the sale was final. He PROMISED that the changes would be made and that he'd get everything repaired. Now a year later, Im ready to pay the truck off, and I went to a lot just to see what issues the truck had, NONE of the 02 sensors were changed and all three catalytic converters are out! None of the work was done that they were suppose to do. When I called Jerry Los, the service manager, he said 'Well I paid for the repairs and the parts, so there's nothing I can do"... I called Jesse McClerkin and was told, "Well Jerry handles that so there's nothing I can do". I said 'Well you can at least make it right". He said 'There's nothing I can do" as if it was my fault that I had been told the repairs were done and they hadn't been. Jerry Los and Jesse McClerkin are both crooks. DO NOT SHOP AT MIDSOUTH (formerly known as MCCLERKIN). You can change a name, but you can't change the CRAPPY service that you get!

I would definitely think twice before buying ANYTHING from McClerkin. You're asking for trouble when you do. Don't be fooled by the references to "Christian company"......they're hiding behind God and The Bible
