I recently called on General Plumbing to look at a busted dishwasher pipe. I was told that the repairman would show up anywhere from 7:30 to 8:30 am on a Monday morning - to my delight, he showed up promptly at 7:43 am. He was super friendly, clean-cut, and very helpful. As it turns out, the dishwasher pipe is a part that I can buy at an appliance store and replace myself. So, he advised me to buy a new one at Sears and install it. He also gave me advice about installing a new garbage disposal. And the best part? He didn't charge me a THING! I will most definitely use General Plumbing again. You should too.

I was extremely pleased with the service and attentiveness I received from the GPC staff. The personnel who serviced my plumbing needs were extremely knowledgeable and concerned about my final satisfaction with the job and the price. At job completion they were able to finish under their initial estimate given to me. A company which represents integrity and is a benchmark in customer service----there's no question GPC will receive my repeat business and referrals.
