I have been using another florist for years they have a family owned moto and a sweet commerical but when i finally saw what I have been sending... I was not happy and I learned that yes one man who is in a family owns it but it is a big company with little to no regard for the little person from whom they eagerly take thier money. After being terribly dissapointed by the arrangement I called said company and they said there was nothing they could do for me. I decided after all these years of loyal service it was time to change. A friend recomended East Memphis Florist and they were so nice and patient and full of ideas, it was a pleasure to work with them. I felt at ease and comfortable in the knowledge that they would do a beautiful job. They didn't let me down! I have used them several times since then and have been pleased everytime. I would recomend them to anyone. And trust me after my expeirence with that other florist I have kept my eye on the new guy and they seem to pleasantly surprise me every time.

I have dealt with this florist on numerous occasions, and find their staff to be friendly and knowledgable about their flowers and service.\nI would recommend any one that wants to send flowers to contact this florist for their service, pricing and selection of flowers.

Professional service, prompt delivery, great selection, helpful direction ,fair pricing. I use this firm 8 to 10 times a year and anyone would be happy with their service
