Terrible Hotel

There was mold and mildew on the walls. The heat went out over night. When I asked for a refund before the 15 minute mark, I was treated unfairly and denied my money back. The hotel was extremely nasty. I woke up with a sore throat. I will be sure to contact the health department due to uncleanness. This place should not be in business. Terrible and rude customer service.
